We are proud to announce that Comtex has been awarded multiple scopes of work for the Darlinghurst Collection project, an exciting redevelopment of the iconic Oxford Street, Sydney. Our team will be responsible for the Integrated Communications Network (ICN), Wi-Fi, Communications Racks, Fibre Backbone, Structured Cabling, Electronic Access Control System, Intruder Detection, and CCTV across the development.

The Darlinghurst Collection will restore and redevelop the heritage buildings at 56-76, 82-106, and 110-122 Oxford Street, Darlinghurst, transforming them into a vibrant mixed-use precinct incorporating retail, cultural & creative, commercial, and hotel spaces. The project also includes the construction of a new 1.5-storey extension above each of the existing heritage buildings, ensuring this historically significant location remains a landmark for decades to come.

To meet the project's security and access requirements, Koolie Communications will implement the Inner Range Integriti System, featuring 50+ access control doors and 50+ CCTV cameras across the three buildings. Having previously secured the ICN and communications packages, we are excited to now deliver a fully integrated solution, from design and installation to ongoing maintenance and support.
